Lorenzo I do like the website. Its a great idea that you can basically advertise what you are looking for and people make offers. I have had some bad experience when getting an apartment in Venice, where you fall in love with something and make your mind up on it only to find out that it is not available on that date. My only major suggestion would be that all the offers are shown on a single map so it is easier to compare. It was slightly over-whelming getting so many offers but I think that was my fault as I didn't put enough search parameters in to limit the number. Prices were all in the range that I was looking at and seemed reasonable to me. Maybe good idea to have price - what it includes then what it doesn't include all up front in one area (as I noticed the cleaning costs or utilities extra is often mentioned at the end). All the listings were complete and the pictures were great, only suggestion is that maybe have a simple floor plan as well. I\'ve just made my first booking for an apartment in Florence and on your site. Overall I am satisfied with the booking experience particularly the interface and speed of responses and quality of replies to additional queries. Photos make a big difference so it would be nice if there was actually a complete set of images for each room mentioned or at least updated and with good resolution for all the properties. Also, not all the units have published complete info (ie cancellation options, calendar, amenities). That said, compared to other sites we used, I think you have a good range of options (from luxury to basic) as well as a good range of prices. Well done and we look forward to our stay.

Lorenzo, you run one of the most trustworthy and efficient rental agencies I have found in many years of coming to Florence. Your website has some of the most interesting property listings, and I know that the apartment I rent will be the same as advertised. My only suggestion for improvement would be to include a simple floor plan, or possible a few more photos, so that guests could understand the layout better (since Florentine apartments are often unique and site-specific). After spending several weeks sending requests here, there, and everywhere to find a place, I finally made a booking through firenzelodging.it and I couldn’t be more pleased with the high quality of service and courtesy that Lorenzo and the Property Manager of the unit I booked consistently provided. The website's system is a good way to get a list of units that matched the search criteria I entered, and although more detailed photographs and descriptions would have been even more helpful, a prompt response was sent every time I submitted a question that was not answered directly from the information on the listing itself. I am very much looking forward to my stay – with the kind of attention that I’ve received, I feel better knowing that any further concerns that may arise will be addressed immediately. Thanks again!

Ciao Lorenzo. Yes, we seem to have settled on a place in Santa Croce that has a terrace, which was something I was hoping for. I found you to be very helpful and I looked with interest at dozens of your listings. I suppose if I had to suggest something I would say that it would be slightly more helpful if the listings sent to me had been screened by the requirements I had--such as air conditioning and location. Hello All, I have known Lorenzo for over 5 years. I was fortunate enough to be able to spend two stints in Florence for 6 months at a time. After using another service the time I stayed in Florence, I swore I would not use that service again. After some frustrating searches I found Lorenzo, Thank God!. The apartment was perfect, clean and located in our favorite neighborhood "Piazza Beccaria". We found the rental fee to be very reasonable and there were no mystery charges or surpises as I had with the former rental agency. I have recommended Lorenzo (Firenze Lodging)to several people who ended up being as happy as we are. We currently are going to Florence again for several weeks and have rented an apartment for ourselves along with two other couples who each have rented apartments along with us. I can't say enough about the incredible service and quality apartments. A Class Act operation with great people that really take pride in what they do. Lorenzo and his sister Francesca the most gracious people I met in Florence and I look forward to seeing them again in September. In addition, this website continues to improve every time I use it. I began my search well in advance for an apartment that was close to Polimoda.Ironically,firenze lodging was the last website i had perused,and i found it to be leaps and bounds ahead of its other online competitors. Having a smashing website with all of the latest tech bells and whistles is good,but Lorenzo has managed to marry technology with good old fashion service. Lorenzo, We have selected an apartment from another listing. However, I want to thank you for your excellent service. You have done far more to be of help than any other site. I have a few observations about your web site in which you may be interested: - The registration and personalized offerings is an excellent way to provide information to customers. I like it better in most ways than having to search through the listings on the other sites. - Being able to communicate directly with each apartment's owner is also very helpful. - I recommend you ask owners to improve the quality and range of photographs they have of their apartments. Each listing should definitely include photos of all key features: bedroom(s), bathroom(s), kitchen, terrace, windows, entry, and exterior of the property. - It will help more to be sure the photos give as accurate a sense of what the apartment is like, how the rooms are arranged. Some sites include a floor plan, which is very helpful. - I also recommend each listing include an honest assessment of noise inside and outside. For example, if there is street traffic noise that will be heard unless the windows are closed, that would be good to know. Or, if there is a market that gets going at 6 a.m. each morning on the square outside, that will be good to know as well. - Pricing seems about right, maybe a little higher, but with your excellent service that should be OK - Finally, the apartments in general were not quite as nice as we would have liked. Perhaps you can find other owners to add to your listings, or current owners could work on the "interior design". I wish you the best of luck as I can see that you have developed a new approach to apartment rentals that has very clear advantages. We hope to be able to rent through your company in the future.
