Its the Seitan feast coming up in June.  A treat to remind how with the help of Seitan and other varieties of vegan diet,  one can eliminate use of non-human animal products. You have the choice of the choice of both sweet and sour cuisines as well as a good number of options for desert. The event hosts dinner on the 4th and both lunch and dinner on the 5th of June at the Circolo Ricreativo di Pozzolatico in Impruneta. Along with the meals there will be brief speeches about the subject as well as music and some interesting products to buy  like shoes and other utilities useful for the house.
