Its a busy month here in Florence! This autumn weekend is full of activities dedicated to art lovers, adults and children. At Palazzo Corsini there is the two-yearly held International  Antique Fair, 88 antique dealers from all over Italy and the rest of the world, ready to produce the best of mountings only. The inaugurations will take place on Saturday at the Palazzo Vecchio. The city also hosts at the Horticulture gardens, the autumn market with an exhibition of plants and flowers. At Certaldo instead, opens the 13th edition of Boccacesca. Just an hour away by car, the exhibition is dedicated entirely to children who will find within the walls of the village, the very same characters from their favorite fairy tales!

An exclusive party has been organized by the gallery director Fabrizio Moretti , with entries only for the elites of antique culture as well as the inmportant rappresentatives of the well known museums.  Also on Saturday for the fans, the exposure of the auction opens at the Maison Bibelot , which will terminate on Friday 7th and Saturday 8th of October) with valuable works, the volumes in the library of the critic Passoni, the gold fund Senese paintings of the fifteenth century  and three busts of white marble of the sculptor Sodini depicting one of the Mayors of Florence in the twentieth century, Ippolito Niccolini  and his ancestors. 

For the children who love to play during October, Fisher-Price has organized at the Ipercoop of Sesto Fiorentino areas of entertainment specifically for children from 0 to 6 years of age. A playroom with toys, an inventopia area todiscover through stories the importance to know how to play while growing up and a space for parents who can meet with experts to get further inputs and advices on growing their kids. At the Anconella  park in Florence there will be the Fantastik Cirk, the festival of circus arts, with exhibitions of the circus of international companies that will create a spectacular number of 22 shows! While only Sunday (11.00 – 17-00) in Florence, the family workshops at Palazzo Strozzi has several activities to enrich the culture. There will be activities to create your own custom paper currency until the flag officers of Florence at 17.00, will perform in a procession from the Palagio ends in Piazza Strozzi.
