This is a special event organized to unite the European nations under one common rooftop. In 1950 Robert Schuman a french politician also known to be as one of the founders of the UN, had proposed an organized European nation. This act was indispensable for maintaining peace and integrity.  The declaration of Robert Schuman became the key symbol of Europe and the key to give birth to the UN.

It is an event to bring people of different cultures, beliefs,race or color to get together and celebrate. Music, theater, art  and culture are some of the themes playing a major role in this 27hour span of time beginning on the 8th of May from  15:00 hours to the 9th of May 18:00 hours.

From the concerts in Piazza Repubblica to the conferences at the Fortezza da basso showing a wide research on art and to later end with discussions about our cultural experiences held in the library of Edison and the BibloteCanova of Florence are some of the key moments. This also gives a chance to the generations to come, an awareness of our integrity and European cultural background.
