What is the difference between Direct Request or Generic Request to the properties on Firenze Lodging?

I have received very few replies or no replies at all, how do I get more offers?

If after sending Direct Requests you still don’t get any reply be sure to try the Generic Request feature of the site, ALL PROPERTY OWNERS will be able to make you an offer for your stay.  Be sure to specify budget, location, features to receive more accurate offers.

I have already booked or I simply don’t want to receive more emails from Firenze Lodging how do I stop it?

If you have already placed a booking or you have simply found somewhere else please login to your booking centre go to account and select Terminate All requests and Offers so porperty owners will no longer have access to your requests and and will stop bothering you!
