Sign off a Rental Contract

Whether you are a Student or Traveler booking a long term rental contract for your stay in Florence you might wonder how can you break the lease if for any reason you need to shorten your stay or simply need to take a different path for your stay in Florence.

In order to break a lease make sure you do:

  • Have a regular contract lease in your hands so checking in to a property without a lease is a hint of possible issues with the Property Owner or Rental Agency, make sure you do have a rental contract signed by both parties!
  • Make sure in the rental contract there is a sign off clause that will let you, within 30 – 60 or 90 days or more sign off the lease.
